The "SingleCase Uploader" folder "doesn't fit", I can't see my clients and cases

Can't find your cases and clients when you open SingleCase?

CAUSE: It could be that you were testing SingleCase before and you were left with a "SingleCase Uploader" that was synchronized with the test environment.

HELP: If the "SingleCase Uploader" folder did not synchronize itself to your "production" environment, simply delete the folder and open a random document on the production environment, which will start a new folder with the correct synchronization. If you can't do this yourself either ask your IT colleagues for help or post on our chat and we'll be happy to help.
