How to bill a client?

In SingleCase you can issue an invoice easily and within 5 minutes. You can issue an invoice in relation to existing timesheets - an alternative is a quick invoice for a specific amount (without timesheets).

1. On the selected project/case or client, click the Invoice icon in the top right.

2. Select +CREATE NEW INVOICE

3. select the period you want to invoice, confirm with the FILTER button, select the projects and click on "Move to Item Editation"

4. Here you can select specific items to invoice, add another timesheet, edit the description that appears on the client's invoice and attachments, you can adjust the time of invoicing, possibly provide an item for free, add another Expense, and adjust the overall amount to invoice.

and you can FINISH EDITING, or SAVE RESOLVED or FINISH EDITING AND SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL

5. In the next step you can edit the invoice data (both supplier and customer), you can change the variable symbol (it is automatically assigned according to the number series, which can be customized in "My name" -> Settings -> Reporting -> Variable symbol and invoice number), dates and description of the invoice, or you can just select EXECUTE.

6. Once issued, you can download the entire invoice or just its attachment, both in two formats - PDF and Excel.

Fast invoicing

Quick Invoicing allows you to issue an invoice without selecting timesheets and expenses.

You can issue a quick invoice by navigating from the client tab via the Invoices icon on the top right

and then click on the ISSUE FAST INVOICE button.

Then you enter the amount and currency and click Continue.

The rest is the same as for a classic invoice - in the third step you confirm or modify the billing entities. It is not possible to download an attachment for invoices issued this way.
