To turn them on, click on your name and select My Profile from the menu that pops up, then select the More Settings tab.

Then just change the Measurement Type from Important Action to Time Measurement.

You will see the stopwatch on the the top blue panel next to your name. You can have several stopwatches active but you cannot run them all simultaneously:-)
