SingleCase

You may encounter this problem immediately after starting SingleCase, changing computers, or reinstalling the system.

The "SingleCase Uploader" folder is created on the desktop after installing the "SingleCase Desktop Client" application and opening a random document in SingleCase that forces the folder to be created. 

<b>HELP: </b>Open a random document in SingleCase, and you should be able to force the creation of the folder. 

<b>X</b> If opening the document fails, it is possible that the "SingleCase Desktop Client" application is not installed. In this case, please contact your IT department and request that it be installed.

When SingleCase launches, you don't see the "SingleCase Uploader" folder on your desktop
