Periods are displayed based on the type of installation that is set up for you.
In general, this event can be specified in each Project/Case. Periods are assigned to everyone who is assigned to the Project/Case, to a specific person (I can submit Period to myself) or you can assign it to multiple people.
You can create these events in SingleCase in multiple locations.
On the main screen and then directly enter the event.
Via menu "My name"->Overview .
and then use the "CREATE PERIOD" button to enter the event

Note:
If you are creating an event via the main screen or overview, you need to add the Client and Project/Case. If you are adding an event via Project/Case, the Client and Project/List fields are already pre-filled.
Create a period
The period is generally set as information for all persons working on the Project/Case. You can select specific people if you need to.
You can also calculate the periods with respect to working days. You can select "More options" for Periods, Periods can be "Repeated", you can enter "Detailed description", "Attach document" or "Add more notifications".
Confirm everything by selecting "CREATE PERIOD".
