How do I submit Tasks?

How do I submit my assignment? Which things can I enter?

Tasks are displayed based on the type of installation that is set up for you.

Generally these events can be specified in each Project/Case. Tasks are assigned to a specific person (I can also enter task to myself) or you can assign them to multiple people.

You can create this in SingleCase in multiple places.

On the main screen and then directly enter the task.

Via menu "My name"-> "Overview" .

Directly in the case via the button Create -> Task , where you enter the event directly.

Note:

If you are creating an event via the main screen or overview, you are adding a Client and Project/Case. If you are adding an event via Project/Case, the Client and Project/Case fields are already pre-populated.

Task assignment

When you enter a task, the task will be automatically assigned to you by default and you can change it as needed.

You can extend the assignment with "More options " such as Detailed description or Document attachment option.

Also, you can enter "Add repetition" to choose from a list or add more alerts.

When adding a "Add repetition" you select the interval, time unit and number of repeats.

Finally, confirm by selecting "CREATE TASK".
