For adding a case, click on the + icon next to the My Cases headline.
As a first step, type in the case name.
Next, pick a client or create a new one.
Then, fill in all the necessary details, such as:
case number (it gets pre-filled for you)
billing type, language and rate (this gets pre-filled from the client)
other custom fields you might have
In the next step, you choose the responsible lawyer for the case. You also pick other people that will work on it. Do you have teams in your office? Great, add them too.
Before you finish creating the case, you might also choose a pre-set folder structure.
