You can add a new user on the "My name"->Administration page
and then select the "Users" tab and select the +ADD button at the top right
Here you fill in the required data and any additional information. Use the "Create" button to create a new user.
Once saved, the new colleague will receive an email invitation to SingleCase.
This contains an access link and a temporary password that is valid for 24 hours. Once a new user logs in, a window will open to create their new password.
The password must be at least 8 characters long and meet at least 3 of these 4 criteria:
small letter
large letter
number
special character (@, #, $, § etc)
